Eric B. Maier is a music producer, engineer & professional based in Burlington, VT. His experience in a variety of genres and formats gives him the versatility to participate in - and lead - projects of all shapes and sizes. He enjoys producing & engineering records from front to back; as well as mixing music that has already been recorded.
Maier has worked as a producer/engineer for artists such as Madaila, Mihali, Matisyahu, Jeff Beam, Madison Pruitt, Binger, Ellen Degenerates, Iron Eyes Cody, Lauren Akin, Zac Clark, and Willverine. He is also the house mixing engineer for Otis Mountain Get Down's "Otis Live" series.
Maier leads the studio/label group Future Fields. His production style is dynamic, meeting specific needs of specific artists while always putting the music first. He is comfortable with workflows ranging from [reckless & horribly efficient] to [meticulous & experimental]. He likes Pro Tools.
Eric is particularly interested in furthering the art and careers of women, people of color, queer, trans/non-binary, and other folks who are under-represented & under-served by both social and musical communities.
